Abstract
Five concentration of PO4-P (0, 0.566 μmol/L, 2.26 μmol/L, 9.05 μmol/L, 36.2 μmol/L) were set up to study the response to different phosphorus stress and recovery in batch culture.Fv/Fm, Y (Ⅱ), ETR and biomass was measured.Phosphorus was not added until the ninth day during ten-day experiments. Results showed that the concentration of phosphorus has a significant influence on biomass, Fv/Fm, Y (Ⅱ) and ETR.The recovery rates of Fv/Fm, Y (Ⅱ) and ETR were positively correlated with the initial and the added phosphorus concentrations.Overall, the input of phosphorus can cause compensatory growth in the severe phosphorus stress, and the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters can respond quickly within 12 h.
