As a main figure of immovable property certificate and parcel sea archives, the parcel sea map is an important basis for affirming the sea use management authority, it accurately records parcel location, boundary points, boundary line and its relationship with adjacent parcel.The parcel sea map elements, content and compilation process and methods are discussed separately in the paper.In addition, combined with standard requirements and drawing experience, from a perspective of the parcel sea map making, describes the key technical links in the drawing process, aiming at providing technical reference for drawing the parcel sea map, based on the ArcGIS software platform.
