航海雷达溢油监测技术研究

Research on marine radar oil spill monitoring technology

  • 摘要: 航海雷达可以克服夜间或者恶劣天气,全天时探测海上溢油目标,在海上溢油监测领域中具有广阔的应用前景。以大连"7.16"事件中监测到的雷达溢油图像为数据基础,基于航海雷达溢油监测原理,提出了采用卷积、Otsu和均值滤波算法,进行雷达图像降噪处理;利用图像整体均值运算,确定溢油监测的有效范围;采用阈值二值化与面积判别的方法,锁定油膜位置。相对专家解译和C-V水平集方法,本文所述的方法能够自动识别油膜信息,且具有较高的运行效率。

     

    Abstract: Marine radar can be applied to detect oil spill targets in a large range, which cannot be affected by night or cloudy, rain, snow and other inclement weather. It has played an important role in the field of oil spill monitoring. Taking marine radar oil spill image monitored in the "7.16" event in Dalian as data source, based on the principle of marine radar oil spill monitoring, convolution algorithm, Otsu algorithm and mean filtering algorithm are used to denoise the radar image. The effective range of oil spill monitoring is determined by mean operation. Threshold value method and area discrimination method are used to determine the oil film position. Compared with the mean of expert interpretation and C-V level set method, the method of this paper is automatic and more efficient.
