Abstract: According to the lack of scientific evidence, and effective control standards that could be quantified in the scale control in the rapid development of coastal reclamation in China today, this paper develops the overall research route of evaluation on coastal reclamation supply, and teases out the index system of that.Then, based on the state-space method, it evaluates the maximum supply of general domestic coastal reclamation area under existing conditions, and proposes abstract mathematics formula and visible 3-D evaluation models for the calculating of coastal reclamation supply.Finally, through the study on the rulemaking of coastal reclamation supply, it proposes control standards and recommendations of policies in selection and regional comparison of coastal reclamation area.
