Abstract:
This paper adopts the
Takahashi and
Fujita.T.formula nested method to calculate pressure field.Adopting
Veno Takeo's ideal model and taking ECMWF's wind field as background field, this paper regards the synthesis of wind field based on the two mentioned wind fields as the sea waves' driven field and gives a simulation on the typhoon waves during the typhoon "Son-Tink's" transmit by using the third sea wave model-SWAN.The results shows that SWAN can do well in simuIating the wave spatial distribution characteristics during typhoon "Son-Tink" passing.The paper states out the spatial distribution features of wave height, wave age and wave directional spectrum and makes a primary exploration on the relevant spatial distribution characters of typhoon wave during its transmit.
