夏季庙岛群岛南部海域浮游植物多样性分布及其影响因子

Phytoplankton diversity distribution and its influence factors in southern waters of Miaodao Archipelago in summer

  • 摘要: 于 2013年 8 月对庙岛群岛南部海域的浮游植物和环境因子进行了调查,并采用香农-维纳指数、物种均匀度以及丰富度指数,对该海域的浮游植物种类组成、多样性的分布以及优势种等进行了分析。共发现浮游植物41种,其中硅藻21种,甲藻19种,硅藻和甲藻是浮游植物种类组成的主要部分。各站获得物种数在2~17种之间。研究发现,在物种数、物种多样性指数、丰富度指数和均匀度指数方面,表层水的数值都比底层水高。本研究对浮游植物物种数、多样性指数、丰富度指数、均匀度指数和环境因子进行了Pearson相关性分析,结果表明COD、叶绿素a(Chl a)和总磷(TP)是影响庙岛群岛南部海域夏季浮游植物物种数和丰富度的主要因素。ABC曲线研究结果表明,夏季底层水样中受中度干扰的站位较多,且多集中在庙岛海峡。

     

    Abstract: An investigation in August 2013 on phytoplankton and environmental factors was carried out in the southern waters of Miaodao Archipelago.Shannon-Wiener index, evenness index and richness index were used to analyze species composition, distribution of biodiversity of phytoplankton and dominant species in the southern waters of Miaodao Archipelago.A total of 41 taxa were found, among them 21 taxa were diatom and 19 taxa were dinoflagellate.Diatom and dinoflagellate were the main part of the species composition.The average number of species at each station ranged from 2 to 17.We found that the values of the number of species, Shannon-Wiener index, richness index and evenness index in surface waters were higher than those in bottom waters.The chemical oxygen demand (COD), chlorophyll a (chlorophyll-a) and total phosphorus (TP) had great effect on the number of species and richness index in summer, using Pearson correlation analysis based on the number of species, Shannon-Wiener index, richness index, evenness index and environmental factors.The results of ABC curves showed that the moderate disturbed stations were focused on the bottom of the waters and concentrated in the Miaodao Strait in summer.
