Abstract:
Benzoapyrene (BaP) is one of the most important pollutants in the marine environment.Effects of biomarkers which including EROD,GST,SOD,CAT,GPx,MDA in the liver of Exopalaemon carinicauda with BaP exposure and elimination were detected in the exposure period (fifteen days) and elimination period (fifteen days). The outcomes indicated that the activities of six biomarkers were significantly induced by BaP in the first day (P0.05) and exhibited a direct correlation with the concentration of BaP,then indicated a different change trend between six biomarkers. The activities of EROD continued to grow until it hit a steady state in ten days, the activities of GST continued to grow and then went down slightly in ten days, the activities of three antioxidant enzymes (SOD,CAT,GPx) gradually declined and lower than in the control group in fifteen days, the concentration of MDA continued to grow during the exposure period, established as a direct biomarker reflecting the oxidant stress. In the evacuation period, the lower concentration groups resumed quickly than the higher concentration groups, all biomarkers could resumed to the command level (P0.05),while the high concentration,in contrast, could not resumed to the command level (P0.05).The results of this experiment indicated that the E.Carinicauda possessed resume capacity, there were a certain degree difference between sensitivity of all bookmakers, factors including BaP concentration and exposure time had an important impression on six biomarkers activities.
