Abstract: This paper summarized the principle of conducting contingent valuation method (CVM) method on the basic of make an introduction of the theory as well as a summary of design principle for CVM.Rigorous questionnaire arrangement has been set based on this principle.Moreover, the Huangshuihe wetland park is selected as our target to apply the investigation, and we described its current situation, analyzed the tendency of the data and make regression analysis.The result shows that the non-market value of the park up to RMB 0.31 billion per year, and bid amount from visitors presents has liner relation with their willingness, occupation and income.
