三沙湾营养盐时空分布特征及其潜在影响因素识别

Spatiotemporal distributions of nutrients and their potential influencing factors in Sansha bay

  • 摘要: 本研究基于2021年4月-10月三沙湾9个航次的水质监测数据,识别三沙湾氮、磷营养盐的时空分布格局,探究其潜在的影响因素。结果表明,DIN、NH4-N、NO3-N和NO2-N的浓度范围分别为0.26~1.24 mg/L、0.005~1.27 mg/L、0.048~0.76 mg/L和0.012~0.25 mg/L;TP和PO4-P的浓度范围分别为0.03~0.28 mg/L和0.02~0.16 mg/L。三沙湾大部分站位的DIN和PO4-P浓度超过第四类海水水质标准,并且达到富营养化状态,水质不容乐观。湾内营养盐浓度空间分布特征表现为:位于湾顶的盐田港和鲈门港站位的氮平均浓度最高,位于东吾洋站位的磷平均浓度最高;季节变化特征为:夏季DIN和PO4-P平均浓度最高,秋季次之,春季最低。春、夏季,陆源输入是三沙湾表层水中氮营养盐的主要来源,磷受陆源输入、内源释放和网箱养殖等的综合影响;秋季,氮、磷营养盐状况是内源释放、海水稀释、网箱养殖和藻类对营养盐吸收等过程综合作用的结果。

     

    Abstract: Based on the data obtained from nine cruises in Sansha bay during April to October in 2021, the spatial and seasonal variations of nitrogen and phosphorus and their potential influencing factors were determined. The concentrations of DIN, NH4-N, NO3-N and NO2-N were 0.26~1.24 mg/L, 0.005~1.27 mg/L, 0.048~0.76 mg/L and 0.012~0.25 mg/L, respectively. The concentrations of TP and PO4-P were 0.03~0.28 mg/L and 0.02~0.16 mg/L. Most of the concentrations of nitrogen and phosphorus exceeded the grade IV of sea water quality standard and reached the state of eutrophication. But the concentrations also showed great spatiotemporal variations. The relative higher mean nitrogen concentrations were observed in the Yantian port and Lumen port located at the head region of Sansha bay, whereas while the highest mean phosphorus concentration was observed at stations around cage culture region within Dongwu sea. The concentrations of nitrogen in spring and summer were higher than that in autumn, and mean concentration of phosphorus was the lowest in spring. In spring and summer, terrestrial input was the dominant source for nitrogen and phosphorus pollution in surface water of Sansha bay. In autumn, concentrations of nitrogen and phosphorus were determined by the combination of multiple processes such as endogenous release, seawater dilution, cage culture, and nutrient uptake of macroalgae or phytoplankton.
