Abstract:
Land-sea integration is an important principle in the revision of the Marine Environment Protection Law, which requires that the relationship between the Environmental Protection Law and the Marine Environment Protection Law be properly handled, and the form of revision of the Marine Environmental Protection Law should be clarified. This research clarifies the relationship between the Environmental Protection Law and the Marine Environment Protection Law through the analysis of the legislative background and positioning, and summarizes six legal models through the study of the legal systems of the world's major maritime countries. In order to implement the principle of land-sea integration, the author puts forward three projects, analyzes the advantages and difficulties of different projects, and gives some suggestions.
