Abstract: In order to improve the quality of the Bohai ecological environment in an all-round way, in 2018 the state organized the implementation of the Bohai Comprehensive Governance Battle, after 3 years of governance, in the land source pollution control, sea pollution control, ecological protection and restoration, environmental risk prevention and other aspects have made breakthrough progress, including, through ecological protection and restoration of the cumulative repair of more than 130 kilometers of shore line, repair of more than 8000 hectares of coastal wetlands, a strong impetus to the Bohai ecological environment quality continued to improve. This paper combs through the characteristics of marine ecological restoration in Bohai During the Battle, analyzes and summarizes the restoration results achieved in the areas of coastal wetlands, shorelines and ecosystem service functional value, discusses the shortcomings in project planning, restoration mode and source of funds, and puts forward suggestions for further improving Bohai marine ecological restoration from strengthening planning leadership, improving technical level and broadening financial channels.
