桑沟湾沉积物中重金属的污染特征及潜在生态风险评价

Distribution characteristics and potential risk assessment of heavy metals in sediments from Sanggou bay, China

  • 摘要: 为了研究桑沟湾表层沉积物中重金属的污染特征及潜在生态风险,本文分析了该区域2019年夏季、秋季和冬季21个站位表层沉积物中重金属(Cu、Zn、Pb)的含量和分布特征,并采用Hankanson潜在生态危害指数法对桑沟湾不同季节表层沉积物中重金属的生态风险进行评估。结果表明,三个季节桑沟湾表层沉积物中Cu、Pb、Zn的含量均符合沉积物质量一类标准。根据平均污染系数判断,三个季节该区域表层沉积物中Cu、Pb、Zn的污染程度相似,从高到低依次为Zn、Pb、Cu。同时,不同季节三种重金属的区域分布也存在一定的差异,这可能是由多种环境因素共同导致的,且该区域表层沉积物中这三种重金属的主要来源可能是陆源输入。潜在的生态风险评价结果表明,该区域整体处于轻微生态风险等级,三种重金属对桑沟湾养殖区潜在生态危害的贡献为Pb>Cu>Zn,其中,Pb为首要的潜在生态风险因子。

     

    Abstract: To understand the pollution status and potential ecological risks of heavy metals in surface sediments of Sanggou bay, the contents and enrichment of heavy metals (Cu, Zn, Pb) in surface sediments of 21 stations in three seasons (summer, autumn and winter) in 2019 were investigated. At the same time, the potential ecological risk index method presented by Lars Hankanson was used to evaluate the ecological hazards of heavy metals in the surface sediment of Sanggou bay in different seasons. The results show the contents of heavy metals Cu, Pb and Zn in the surface sediment of Sanggou bay in three seasons are following the standard value of the first-class in China Marine Sediment Quality Standard. According to the increasing average coefficients, the pollution degree of Cu, Pb and Zn in the surface sediments of this area was similar in three seasons, and the order from high to low was Zn, Pb, Cu. Meanwhile, there are some differences in the regional distribution of the three heavy metals in different seasons, which may be caused by various environmental factors. Terrigenous input of pollutant is the main source of these three heavy metals in the surface sediments of this region. The results of potential ecological risk assessment showed the region as a whole was in a slight ecological risk grade. And the potential ecological risk of the heavy metals in Sanggou bay was in the following order: Pb>Cu>Zn. Thus, Pb was the primary potential ecological risk factor.
