Abstract:
Through tracking survey on cultured
tegillarcagranosa from Dec 2013 to Jun 2015, the accumulation of total arsenic and inorganic arsenic were calculated by measuring once every 5 months, and risk assessment was thereby made.As the results showed, there was a positive correlation between cultured time and the accumulation of total arsenic, while there was no significant correlation between cultured time and the accumulation of inorganic arsenic. The fat content of the
tegillarcagranosa was significantly positively correlated with the total arsenic content, while inorganic arsenic content was not significantly related.According to "Limit on Toxic and Hazardous Substances in Pollution-free Food and Aquatic Products", the cultured
tegillarcagranosa was not polluted by inorganic arsenic.According to the Joint Committee of Food Additives under FAO and WHO, the provisional tolerable weekly intake
PTWI of inorganic arsenic is 15 μg/kg·bw.The estimated weekly intake (
EWI) of inorganic arsenic was lower than that of
PTWI, accounting for only 5.5% to 6.2% of
PTWI.The potential risk of cancer caused by consumption was within acceptable range.
