Abstract:
The pollution of antibiotics in water of aquaculture area, the quality and safety of aquatic products, as well as the problem of environmental microbial resistance, have been paid attention widely. In this paper, the concentration of 17 quinolones in seawater and aquaculture aquatic products from Sanggou bay was studied by solid phase extraction-liquid chromatography and tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS).The results showed that the positive rate of seawater samples contained quinolone residues was up to 52.94%, but the content was low, ranging from ND~32.48 ng/L.The quinolone contents in seawater samples from different fish aquiculture zones were variant largely. The highest quinolone distribution in seawater was located in
Paralichthys olivaceus aquiculture zone and followed by
Sebastes schlegelii aquiculture zone. The lowest quinolone concentration of seawater was detected in
Takifugu rubripes aquiculture zone. The scientific aquiculture demonstration zone was closer to the
Paralichthys olivaceus aquiculture zone, and the highest quinolone concentration range was the same as that of
Paralichthys olivaceus aquiculture zone. The positive sample rate and concentration of quinolones in the seawater of coastal waters were the lowest. These indicated that the source of antibiotics in Sanggou bay water body might be affected by aquaculture action. The residue of quinolone residues in fishes which were cultured in this aquaculture zone is much less than the national quinolone max residue limit.
