Abstract:Reclamation is a coastal activity that changes the natural properties of the sea.The implementation of reclamation produces strong ecological environment interference. As the coastal reclamation continues to be active and the eco-environmental constraints are increasingly tight, scientific identification of ecological interference of the reclamation activities is of great significance for the effective implementation of the monitoring of the marine environment. This paper, based on the quantitative evaluation index model of disturbance intensity and regional ecological sensitivity, established a comprehensive evaluation model of hemeroby of reclamation and analyzed the hemeroby index and spatial distribution characteristics of reclamation activities in the reclaimed sea area in Liaoning province in 2016.The results showed that there were significant differences in the hemeroby index of the newly reclaimed reclamation area in Liaoning province. The hemeroby index ranged from 0 to 2.35.There were 8 high-hemeroby reclamation areas, which were distributed along the southern coast of Jinzhou,Jinzhou bay in western Dalian, the eastern coast of Dalian and the coast of Dandong. There were 13 moderate-hemeroby reclamation areas, which were distributed along the coast of Jinzhou,Panjin and Dalian. The evaluation method could effectively evaluate the hemeroby of reclamation activities and provide technical support for the supervision and management of reclamation activities.
